How it works?
The sun provides abundant, free source of clean energy light and warmth. It is also possible to convert sunlight into electricity using photo voltaic PV solar panels.
The panels can either be roof or ground mounted and installed with the minimum of disturbance, usually no planning permission is needed.
We all know how it works, we have all been using it for years with solar calculators and solar lamps.
The panels you have fitted convert sunlight into electricity using semi conductor materials such as silicon. When the light shines on each cell, it creates an electrical field across its layers causing electricity to flow. This electricity flows from the panels as direct current (DC) into an inverter which converts it into alternating current (AC) and then fed into your houses electricity system to be used by you.
